KRAVE is a small specialty studio offering specialty group fitness classes (8-12 people), small group personal training and one on one personal training. KRAVE has a friendly atmosphere great for all fitness levels where you will not feel judged. KRAVE classes are designed to be fun and effective, no puke buckets here!

BOOT CAMP:

This is an intense 45 minutes creative class including but not limited to cardio and strength intervals, athletic drills, supersets, spot drills and core conditioning. Class structure will vary so you will never get bored! Get out of bed, throw on those sweats and start sweating so you will be done for the day! 6wks

 

SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING:​

Specializing in weight loss! Athletic drills, cardio bursts, abs and stretch at the end. Max 6 people to make sure you get one on one attention with out the one on one price! 6wks.

Baby Barre

You and your baby will bond while working upper body, core and of course legs! There is some floor work but most of this class occurs at the barre. Sneakers, water, yoga mat necessary. Mats are available for purchase or rental at Krave. Purchase a Baby Barre drop in online for 15$ and use these to sign in for the classes. (These Drop in classes expire 5 weeks after purchase). Bring your baby to barre! (Ages: newborns to about under a year old recommended not over 35lbs.) but as long as they will stay in your front carrier during the workout then you decide on the age!

 

 

Barre-laties

Half Sculpt Barre and half Pilates. Great class for those new to Barre. Lengthen and strengthen from toes to shoulders. Ladies only or males with prior dance experience. Focus on core and thighs. at K2 50 Howe Ave

 

 

Barre Yoga

30 minutes of sculpting at the barre with a yoga flow stretch at the end.  The perfect balance of an intensive workout with a nice yoga ending.

 

 

Body Blast

Reduce your overall body fat with our 45 minute anything goes full body workout. This class combines various training methods such as HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), Tabata, supersets to guarantee to increase the heart rate, sculpt arms, butt, and core. It is an intense workout that will end your weekend right!

 

 

Cardio Kickboxing 

A cardio work out that will kick that butt into shape! Learn kickboxing cardio moves and sequences while burning off some steam. This heart pumping class will be sure to get you pumped up and torch calories while having fun! Bring any pent up aggression!

 

 

Circuit Sculpt

Circuit training is a weight training group fitness class where you do exercises quickly one after another for aerobic benefits as well as strength gains. Super circuit training combines the weight lifting exercises of circuit training with interval cardio training. 

 

 

Core & More

Core & More consists of part of the class at the mat with Pilates working core then on outer, inner thighs then brings it down to do booty floor work! Burn that Booty! All levels.

 

 

Core Yoga

Create a powerful center in this all levels class that focuses on building and strengthening the connection to your core. This class moves through gentle, slower flowing sequences to engage your core muscles. Focus is put on spinal and pelvic alignment, breath, concentration and control of the core muscle group through body based movements. The class begins with poses to warm up the spine, and flows through some gentle poses including standing balances, and ends with light abdominal exercises and deep stretching.

 

 

Fit Body & Abs

Want that 'fit body' look? Join us for toning and heart pumping workouts at 5:30pm and get results! Anything from free weights to kettlebells will be incorporated!

 

 

Fit Body Cardio

Enjoy a fun boot camp style work out. We will switch it up every week so that it never gets boring. Get your workout in early so you can go enjoy your day off! 45 minutes.

An total body workout that will challenge you. Each week we train in a different way using different tools...to help keep it fresh and work the body differently! Get results while protecting yourself from injury!

Krave Spin

SPINNING® Indoor cycling is an organized group fitness class that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity, and recovery. SPINNING® uses a special stationary exercise bicycle that has a weighted flywheel. The SPINNING® program is easy to learn, motivating and a great way to get in shape and stay in shape. The goal is to provide riders with a bike that is always the right fit and a comprehensive program designed to help individuals accomplish their health and fitness goals.

 

 

Low Impact Cardio

One of the best ways to burn calories, build fitness and shed extra pounds, without being hard on the joints, particularly the knees and feet. Mini trampolines will be incorporated for a fun pump up your heart rate program!

 

 

Pilates Mat

All you need is a mat! This class focuses on your core and flexibility. Stretching is added in between exercises to give your core a little break! Great for those will injuries or new to Pilates. Advanced students don’t worry you will be given modifications to up it a notch! (mats available for $1 for use in studio).

 

 

Sculpt Barre

Sculpt Barre is a 50 minute class designed to tone and lengthen your entire body. We start with simple yet effective upper body trouble spot muscle toning then combine simple ballet bar movements with some fat burning cardio and sculpting exercises.Lengthen and straighten those legs! Abs and stretch at the end!

 

 

Spin & Core

Spin & Core consists of part of the class at the mat with Pilates working your core mixed with intense Spin.

 

 

Spin & Stretch

Stretch & Flow Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa - Vinyasa means “the safe movement from one place to another” and has much broader interpretations beyond a yoga posture sequence; however, for the physical aspect of yoga Vinyasa asks practitioners to connect their breath with each movement, creating intense focus and a mind that is present. This style of yoga is active and creates internal heat within the body. Michele uses a simple combination of alignment cues, props more typical of the Iyengar style of yoga, and Ashtanga sun salutations sequenced together in a thoughtful manner where each pose assists in progressively opening the body for the poses to come. Expect to sweat, stretch, and strengthen, and leave feeling energized and focused. Room is mildly heated.

 

 

Tabata & TRX

All you need is 30 minutes. tabata is typically a 20 minute hard core weight loss and toning program with short intervals. Add in some TRX fun and you have burned enough calories to go enjoy that glass of happy Friday wine!

 

 

Vinyasa Flow Yoga

Vinyasa - Vinyasa means “the safe movement from one place to another” and has much broader interpretations beyond a yoga posture sequence; however, for the physical aspect of yoga Vinyasa asks practitioners to connect their breath with each movement, creating intense focus and a mind that is present. A class that combines yoga and pilates poses and flows. Great for those familiar with yoga, but not with pilates – or vice versa! This is a wonderful place to transition from yoga to pilates or pilates to yoga and you will feel the burn! Lots of core work and stretching.

 
 
Yoga Spin

This class is the perfect balance of power and peace and is designed to blast up to 500 calories per hour. The combination of Spin and Yoga will simultaneously strengthen and sculpt your entire body, especially arms and abs. 25 minutes of Spinning precedes a flowing yoga class to optimize balance, flexibility and strength. Open to all levels and perfect for busy bee fitness.

 

 

Zumba

Ditch the workout and join the party! Zumba is a dance-based fitness class that uses a fusion of Latin and International rhythms with easy-to-follow moves. A combination of low impact cardio and body sculpting movements, the routines are designed to burn fat and tone the body. Zumba is designed for adults of all ages and fitness levels, class participants at any level can start Zumba right away!
