Do you offer nutrition consulting?

Is it co-ed?
Yes. All KRAVE classes are co-ed classes.
I am not comfortable in a group setting, do you offer one-on-one training?
Yes. KRAVE offers one-on-one personal training. You can find more information about this under the "personal training" tab or click HERE.
I have knee issues, which classes would be best for me?
Instructors can make modifications around injuries. The best classes for you to take are yoga, or upper body focused classes. You can also do one on one personal training with a trainer to strengthen your knees.
I bought a special online, how do I redeem it?

Section 2: Signing Up & Memberships
How do I sign up for a class?
KRAVE uses MINDBODY software to manage all scheduling and membership payments. Click HERE or click on the blue "Sign Up for Class" button at the upper right hand side of the website. Enter your information to create an account on MINDBODY. After you create an account, click on "Classes" and click on the class you want to RSVP for. If you are having trouble signing up click HERE for directions.
I can't sign in for class but I want to come, can I show up?
Yes but there is a $5 no sign up fee if you come to class without signing up.
Can I just show up to a class?
You must create an account on MindBody prior to coming to any class. This is where you purchase a punch card or drop in class for whichever class you want to attend. We prefer that payment is done over the computer instead of in person. Signing up beforehand can assure that you are contacted if there are any changes to the class ahead of time (change of studio location).
Do you offer memberships?
Yes. KRAVE offers different types of memberships. There are no yearly memberships, only monthly memberships. To learn more go to the "Membership & Specials" tab or click HERE.
Are all classes included in the punch cards and memberships?
The only classes that are not included in the punch cards/memberships are the early morning boot camps and early morning yoga. These are pre-pay/pre-registration classes. If you would like to take a class to see if you’d like it, please purchase a “pre-reg drop in class” option on the retail menu on MindBody.
I can't remember my MindBody password.

I can't remember my MindBody Login Information.
This can happen if you have more than one e-mail address. Try the e-mail addresses that you think you could have used when setting up your MindBody account. If it still doesn’t work, please contact us.
Can someone else use one of my punches? If yes, how do I sign them up?
Yes, someone else can use one of your punches. Pick the class you want to sign them up for, when you go to reserve your spot, there will be an option saying make a reservation for yourself or someone else. Pick the someone else and enter the name of the person who will be using one of your punches. Please make sure they fill out the waiver if they have not been to Krave before!
I have a monthly membership, but I'm sick. How does this effect my membership that month/week?
If you are sick, we ask that you please stay home and get some rest. Our monthly membership is based off of classes a month, not a week. So, if you miss 1 class because of illness, you can add in that 1 class any other time before the month is up. It doesn’t have to be in the same week. For example, if you have a 2x/week membership and miss 1 class due to illness, you don’t have to take a class that same week. You could always do 3 classes the following week. Make sure to cancel your RSVP on your MindBody account if you are unable to make it.

Where can I find the New Member Waiver?
New Member Waiver can be found under the "waiver" button or click HERE.
What if I don't have a printer to print the waiver?
We have copies of waivers at both studios. Please arrive 5 minutes early to give yourself enough time to fill it out before class starts.
Will insurance cover the cost of taking any classes?
Most insurances do reimburse you for part or all of the cost. Just print & send receipt from MindBody. If you need more detailed information please email
Section 4: Classes
Where are the descriptions of the classes?
You can find descriptions of all the class under the "Classes" tab, HERE, or by clicking on a class title in MindBody.
What levels are the classes for?
Bootcamps are intermediate to advanced, and all other classes offer modifications for all levels.
How many people are in each class?
The number of people can range weekly, it depends how many sign up for the class. Classes usually have between 3-12 people, depending on the week and the popularity of the class.
I have to cancel my class, will I get charged? Do I have to tell someone?
If you cancel less than 48 hours in advance, you will get charged. Any cancellation 48 hours or more in advance, is considered an early cancel and you will not lose a class off of your card/membership. You do not have to tell someone.
Do classes change sporadically?
No. Our class schedule is consistent. We will make you aware of any changes in advance. We update our class schedule every few months/ every season. The changes will be posted on our website and MindBody.
How do I buy a drop-in class for the bootcamps?
When you get to the checkout menu on MindBody, hit the drop down menu next to select service. Click on group classes. Select “pre-reg drop in”. It is $20.
How can I see how many classes I have left or which I have been to?
Sign into your MindBody account, click on account details. Scroll over towards the right. There will be a spot that says remaining with a #/#. For example it may say 3/5 meaning you have 3 classes left on your 5 punch card.
If I am running late can I still come in?
Yes. Please let us know though. This way they can let the instructor know that they are expecting someone else.
Section 5: Studio & Clothing
What do I wear?
Comfortable clothing- anything you can move in. (yoga pants, shorts, t-shirts, tank tops, clean bottomed sneakers)
Can I buy water or rent a yoga mat there?
Yes. You can buy water for $1 and/or rent a yoga mat for $1. If you decide to come more than a few times, we highly suggest buying your own yoga mat.
What kind of shoes should I wear for class?
Clean bottomed sneakers. Our yoga and barre classes do require barre socks.
Section 6: Barre
What kind of shoes should I wear for barre?
We recommend barre socks which we sell here for $15 otherwise regular socks are fine for barre classes.
Do I need previous dance experience for barre?
No. Although previous dance experience is helpful, you do not need to have previous experience to take the class.
