Heather is a Certified DDPYOGA Level 2 Instructor. She has been practicing DDPY since 2012, after a series of bad car accidents. Regular DDPY practice led to tremendous improvements in her balance, strength, and flexibility - physically and mentally. She has been teaching since 2018. She uses DDPY to help explore the mind-body connection, helping you feel strong ON the mat so you can take that same feeling with you OFF the mat.
Native New Yorker, Lucille Ward has been practicing yoga on and off since she was 18, she found the love for yoga again and started incorporating essential oils to my practice with a passion for a plant based life style. In 2017 she successfully completed her 200 teacher training at Hot Power Yoga Center. Achieving her 200 hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training. Lucille's, intention is to offer support and education to anyone who desires a lifestyle grounded in mental, physical and emotional balance. She believes balance looks different on each one of her students and hopes that each individual discovers a safe, balanced space on and off the mat.
