
Week 24 Rugged Maniac & Half Marathon Prep
Welcome to 6 months, here are just a couple things my body is going through: Hunger. Like I just ran a marathon, there is no feeling of full. It is not real hunger, but also not a craving, more like the feeling of wanting to eat and never being satisfied after all the time. I could sit down and eat my entire fridge. WEEK 22
More than halfway there! Well, just to follow up with my last blog I got some slack from it. I don't understand women's mindsets. When I see any fit hard-working-for-it-woman I think YOU GO GIRL and it is motivational for me to think that I want to look that fit and be that healthy. When my instructors became pregnant in the past I would look at their strong legs and arms and what they were doing and be amazed. One look at them and the thought of skipping my workout vanished.
